Thank You & Donation Rally Winners

We can only begin to thank all of you for rallying alongside us to raise funds for the American Red Cross’s Japan relief efforts. With your help, we surpassed our fund-raising goal with a total of $1811! We were moved by the countless blog posts, Tweets, Facebook updates, emails and general buzz that our fellow bloggers, friends, families and sponsors created to help us spread the word about our cause — this is social media at its best! Every financial donation and donation-in-kind has impressed upon us the truth that we already knew to be evident – this is one generous network of people!

This was our first event as a charity and, if it is any indication of how future events will pan out, we can look forward to continually effecting positive change in both our local and worldwide communities!

This is just the beginning for Blogging for a Change! As we wrap up this donation rally and look forward, we are grateful and excited for what’s to come. We will keep you informed of additional opportunities to partner with us in the future. We truly thank you from the bottoms of our blogger hearts for extending your faith in us while our organization is still in its infancy. We will definitely pay it forward!

And, now, for the Donation Rally winners! All winners were selected via Random.org, a random number generating system. We have listed the winners of each product/service below with first initial and last name and we’ll follow-up with an email. To see the original rally page with donations up for grabs, please click here. We hope you’ll join us for our next Blogging for a Change event!

With gratitude,

The Blogging for a Change Team
